Good morning: My employer has this type of window throughout his house and the window in the master bedroom needs a new screw for the handle. Could you please let me know what I need to purchase so I am able to replace and or arrange for this window to be repaired.

Thanks for posting! I'm sorry to say that we go not sell the screws for these handles separately. However, we can likely provide you replacements for the cover and handle kits.
If your covers can be removed from the operator base, our 39-375 and 39-376 should work well as suitable replacements. Take a look at them on the website and see what you think.
