Replace TLocks?

Having problems raising my windows. I assume I need to replace my Tlocks. The patent number is 4610108. The spiral bracket balance is 27D. Do I order 15-195 or 15-195Bs?
Is there a difference and can you give me installation instructions.

Looking at your shoe, you want the 15-195. The cam on the 15-195B has a hole in it; if you were to hold it up to your eye, you could see right through it. That is obviously not the case for yours so you can ignore the 15-195B.
