Hello,

Your tube diameter is smaller than 5/8" (or 9/16"), so I do believe you'll need the 3/8" S900-29 Spiral Balance. Since your sash weighs 16.8lbs the red tip option should work fine for your repairs.

The shoe looks like it can be replaced with the 15-015 but to confirm that this is the correct replacement, you'll need to remove it from the window and compare the thickness. Unfortunately, the cam color does not always indicate the replacement shoe you'll need.

I'm sorry to say we cannot provide you with a replacement for the balance cover (what you are referring to as the sash stop).

You may place the order for these parts directly on the website. If you need assistance with placing the order, you may call (888) 991-1929 to speak with a member of our customer service team.
