Replace Truth crank

A home owner from Wolcott, CO says:
The extension arms show the marking Truth 40011 and 40012. The handle and I assume a "worm" gear is missing.

Hi there, thank you for writing in. When the gear you describe has come out it unfortunately means the gears are stripped and a new operator is the only solution. For your operator, see our 39-348. Review its dimensions to see if this could work as a substitute for you.

A home owner from Wolcott, CO says:
Yes, that looks exactly what I need. The dimensions are correct at 24". Also, I need the handle and the part that connects the handle to the mechanism. I assume it is a rod with a worm gear at the end. Could you give me those part numbers?

That's great! Our 39-205 handle works with the 39-348 operator. As for the connector piece you describe, that will come installed on the operator.
