We have a 3' wide viking window that we need to replace sashes on. The part number stamped on the metal sash is 2640 DF. The metal sash is 27" long

Hello,
Take a look and compare the specifications of the S395-27 channel balance to your assembly. Your stamp indicates that you'll need the 2640 strength option for a sash weight between 19-26 lbs. Take a look and thanks for posting.
