Need Help identifying window hinge that's broken in window need a 2 count since they are both needed to be replaced

Thanks for writing in! Your window hinge reminds me of a Pella Hinge; specifically the 39-395 RH 10" Hinge Arm Assembly made for Pella windows. The left handed version is part 39-394.
