Hey Jake. I'm sure we can help, but can you show me the nylon attachment on the other end of the metal channel also? We need to see both for full identification. Many thanks.

Perfect, Jake. Thanks. This looks like either an S380-22 or S385-22. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom shoe. See below. Measure your old balance's shoe depth to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 2140.
