Hello! This looks like a basic tilt window spiral balance, so you're looking at either our 3/8" diameter Series 900 or 9/16" diameter Series 600. You have to measure the diameter of the outer white tube to verify the best match.

Furthermore, since you can't read your old color tip as a reference, you will have to weigh your sash on a scale to determine which option would be best from our product line. We have a handy chart on each Series 900 and Series 600 store page that tells you exactly how much weight each tip supports.
