Replace all hardware on window

A quick learner from Covington, TN says:
Hello. I am looking to replace all of the parts on this window that serve to operate it. The window is a tilting one but as you can see both the top release tabs and the pivot bar are broken. I am looking to identify all of the parts I need to basically replace everything that is attached to the window to make it raise, lower, tilt.

Hello,

Take a look and compare the parts that we've related for you, along with our S900 spiral balance, to see how the dimensions compare to yours. Thank you!
