On June 5, we purchased 18 tan Devon Certainteed windows from Ray and Hamil in Fy Worth.
About two months ago one window jammed in open position. Burris sent e rep out and he found a jammed ballast. Removed it and said he would try to find a part (old windows) Never heard from him. Window works only has half of braking.
Replace ballast/ballast assembly

Thank you for reaching out to us. It sounds like you're looking for a new window balance. Can you show us a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window along with any attachments? That's the best way for us to help. I may need more photos and information after that but I have to know what to ask for first. Just something to keep in mind!
