Replace bottom rollers

A handy person from Massachusetts says:
Both sets of rollers are shot and do not spin. I cannot locate any part numbers. The roller is 4 1/2 inches long and 1 1/4 tall and 5/8wide. The roller is pressed into a plastic piece that presses into the door. The code on the door states: code- TEI
Rating- SDG-r40
Series- opera patio door
MST- 51168

Tom from SWISCO responded:

We did sell this roller at one time, but it was discontinued many years ago and to my knowledge there is no alternative.

if the only issue is that the wheels won't spin, though, then perhaps you can just replace those and continue to reuse the housing. See our 81-266 and 81-272 wheel and axle kits.
