bracket at bottom of Kinco 4030 single hung window sash

When reinstalling the window sash after replacing a screen frame, the bottom right-hand bracket at the bottom of the window sash broke. See attached photos of the broken part. The bracket is about 3 inches long. I would like a replacement bracket; it slides into the bottom of the sash and is secured with a single flat headed sheet metal screw. The windows were purchased from Kinco of Tallahassee on 12/2/1997. The insulated window is installed in a Morton built barn. Please provide a price including shipping. Also, it might make sense to also send me an extra left and right bracket in case another set get broken. Thank you!  Steve Martin
