Replace broken window latch

Hi. I'm looking for a replacement latch for a double hung bathroom window. A piece of the metal latch broke off, probably from age and humidity. My guess is the window & latch are original; the house was built in 1987. On the window frame (see picture), the female part has two screws. The centers of the screws are 1 9/16" apart. Do you know of a replacement latch? -- Cathy
