I recognize this hinge. This is an old Roto brand part that, to my knowledge, is no longer made.

The good news is that I've had past customers tell me that our 36-048 works well as an alternative. The catch is that you have to replace the top and bottom at the same time; you don't want to mix old and new hinges. The video below will show you how this works.

Ok I need the casement crank also. Is the set recommended the same for too and bottom?

The 36-048 comes with a pair of hinges: one for the top and one for the bottom. You want to replace them both at the same time.

As for the operator, you have an old Roto brand assembly that, like the hinge, is no longer made. The only thing we sell these days is the operator base itself, which is our 39-091. The other components, like the bracket and link arm, are totally obsolete and we are not able to supply them at all.
