Replace casters on sliding glass door

Have 2 sliding glass doors - northeastern is the brand. Do you have replacement parts?

Hi there!

It sounds like you need new rollers. We'd be happy to help but we'll need to see them removed from the door to compare to our inventory. I'm afraid that's the only way for us to identify what you have.

Take a look at our 81-030 and 81-095 rollers. Carefully compare our dimensions to yours and see if either match up to your original roller.

Thank you for your assistance. My door installer messed up the new doors when installing and refused to come back to fix the doors. So I had to figure it out myself.
