Unfortunately, we do not carry exact replacements for your original hardware. Our best option would be the 32-053 center-mounted track kit. I can't make any guarantees but look over the video below to determine if this could work for your applications. Please note that we do not carry the large wheels on the left and right sides of your drawer opening. Thank you!
