Replace channel balance

The stamp on the side says 30 3 Caldwell DM The metal channel is 31" long not including the plastic ends. What replacement part do I need to order?

Have a look at our S380-31 channel balance. This comes assembled with a 19-005 balance top and 15-005 bottom balance shoe. You will need to make sure your 'depth; measurement matches up to the 15-05. If everything looks correct, then you can go with the 3030 option that holds a sash weight of 16-23 pounds.
