Replace channel balance and tilt window latch.

Question

My Ryan home was built in early March of 2008 and I'm looking for replacement parts for the windows (channel balance and tilt window latch's. the model# for the windows
is
1800J single hung
NVR bldg Prods- Enon val 6/6 grill 3/4"(see pic #1).

I purchased a test pair of tilt window latch's but they don't slid in easy at all, the top one is new and the bottom one is the original.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We unfortunately don't have an exact match for your tilt latch. The closest option we can provide is our 26-243 and 26-244, which appear to be what you already purchased. These are our best options.

As for the pivot shoe, that would be our 15-236.
