Hello there. I'm sure we can help, but coil balance systems can differ even when you know the manufacturer info. You will need to remove the existing coil balance assembly from the window and show us pictures of the pivot shoe. Please also measure the thickness of the coil springs in that housing--it should be either 3/8" or 1/2". Finally, show us any stamps on the coil springs. From there we should be able to help you.

I have removed the coil spring assembly and sent you a picture of it . I am only going to repair what I call the left window . Thank you for your help and patience . If the picture will not work for you let me know .

Thanks for getting back to me. The pivot shoe looks like an older version of our 15-228. The coil spring looks 3/8" thick; therefore the Series 165 is what you need. If you're uncertain what spring weights to pick, weigh the window sash. Give me that exact weight and I can work it out for you.

Hello thank you for your response

The sash has a weight of 19.2 pounds . Will that help you .

Thank you Bob

That's a huge help, thanks! I would suggest the 5 lb. weight option for the Series 165. Four of these will carry 20 pounds, which is a little bit over your sash weight but should still be fine. It's well within tolerance.
