Replace handle

I need to replace the handle. When I try to open door the part to goes inside does fully goes inside so the door will open.

Thanks for posting. It's hard to make out exactly what you have, but start by looking at our 40-049 lockset. This may be a good option. I recommend that you go over our dimensions and photos to be sure everything matches.
