Replace handle and mortise lock for 1-6068 Ambassador white vinyl patio door

Question

This patio door was installed in 2002.  I need a new handle set and mortise lock for the door. What do I need?  I cannot provide pictures of old parts because they were thrown out.

It's a bit difficult to make a recommendation without seeing the original hardware, but we'll try our best. Can you show us some pictures of your door where the mortise lock and handle would've been? It would also help to know the installation hole spacing, measured from center to center.
