Need replacement because paint is chipped. What is possibility of smaller handle depth as it interferes with blinds

Take a look at our 82-086 handle set with 3-15/16" hole spacing and see how the specifications compare to yours. If you also need a new mortise lock, see our 82-218. Thank you!

Do you know how far the handle entends outward?

Thank handle extends about 1-3/4" from the base. Thank you!
