looking to replace the hardware for cosmetic reason, scratches, etc. want something that's compatible with my existing locking mechanism

Thanks for your post! Your door handle appears to be a match for the 82-030B Offset Keyed Handle Set. Another option is the 82-086 Legacy Keyed Handle Set. These should both be compatible with the existing mortise lock.
