Hello,

I can't say for sure based on the angle of the photo but your hinge looks similar to our 32-101 and 32-126. Take a look and see if one of these options might work for you. Thanks for posting!

Thank you for the additional photos. The offset of your hinge looks closer to our 32-127 hinge kit. Take a look and see how our dimensions compare to yours.
