Thanks for reaching out! I am confident we can supply you with the replacement handle set you need. Although, we wouldn't be able to provide you with only the interior handle; each of our handles are sold in sets.

I believe you may be able to use our 82-030 Sliding Patio Door Handle Set. The thumb lever latch on this set is adjustable. Take a look and see what you think.
