Replace lock and latch

Windows are 25 years old. Need to replace lock and latch. The pictures shown are of a working lock and latch. Simonton is the window manufacturer.

Hello there!

To help us narrow down your options, can you write out the distance between the two installation holes for your lock measured from center to center?

Thank you for confirming that for me! I recommend you take a look at our 90-305 sash lock and 90-237 face mount keeper. Review the dimensions for these parts and compare them with yours to see if they match what you need.
