Replace locking patio door handles

Question

Just moved into a new home and the patio doors have these locking handles. The internal mechanisms appear to be functional but I would like to replace the handles and locks. Can you tell me if 82-086 would be what I need? Is there any way to get multiple with matching keys? Thank you.

Thanks for posting. Yes, the 82-086 should replace this old handle set. I am afraid all our handle sets come with unique key locks and keys with uniquely cut blades; the blanks that work with these locksets are the 82-322. It's possible a locksmith may be able to work something up for you. Let us know if you have further questions.
