The operator pictured here reminds me of the 39-020 Wood Window Crank. Carefully look over the dimensions and compare the to confirm that this is the right replacement. You'll also want to be sure to confirm that the end of your arm has the same slider that ours does.

This operator is sold with the compatible crank handle. I've tagged the opposite versions of this operator and the compatible tracks below.
