Replace or repair sliding glass door rollers

Quick Learner from Grand Prairie, TX
No names/numbers on assembly. Rollers completely worn out. The roller assembly is hard to remove as outer frame is wider than opening at bottom of door. Tried to show this in photos.

Thank you for looking at this.

Hello,

We did carry a roller similar to yours at one time but, unfortunately, it has been discontinued and we have not been able to locate a suitable replacement. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.

Can you suggest other suppliers for me to contact? How about replacement rollers and axles?

You're welcome to look through our selection of wheels and axle kits here if you are able to reuse the original housings. It looks like there is some rust damage on the bottom of your part but it may still be worth a try.

Unfortunately, none of our suppliers or contacts currently carry this roller. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Thanks for your responses.

Just a follow up. I bought a repair kit with compatible plastic rollers. The axles were too long and too large of diameter. I resized them with a bench grinder, drill, and caliper.

The new rollers work fine. I am glad to get this finished.

That's great to hear! We appreciate you following up on this repair, which will help other customers with the same discontinued roller.
