Replace part

Question

I'm looking to replace several of the part in the picture. Can you tell me what is the correct part to order.

If you are able to tell me all of the parts required to maintain these windows, that would be great and I'll order several of each.

Thanks for reaching out to us. The part in your photos looks like a coil balance assembly, but it's not a design I'm familiar with. I don't think any of our products match it, either.

Before I say anything for sure, would you kindly show me a photo of the hole assembly removed from the frame? Can you also confirm the width and thickness of the pivot shoe? I can't promise that we can get this but I can try my absolute best.
