Replace pivot bar built into window

Question

The screw to get to the broken pivot bar seems to be in the window. I tried to pop off the panel gently but don't want to break anything. How do I get the that screw.

Thank you for reaching out to us. To access the screw holding the pivot bar, remove the exposed screws on the bottom plate of the sash. Use a flat-tip screwdriver to carefully detach the bottom plate.
