Replace pivot shoe and window balance

I have a vinyl double hung tilt window - both top and bottom tilt. I believe the pivot shoe product code is 15-015. The window balance tube diameter is (9/16") or considered 5/8" and is 22" long with a white tip. What series tube do I need?

Thank you for posting, Bill! Before I can recommend an applicable replacement spiral balance, can you first give me the weight of your window sash?

Thank you. Please have a look at our S600-22 spiral balance with a black tip. Do you think this would work for you?

A pair of S600-22 spiral balances with a black tip can support a window sash weight of 30 through, and including, 40 pounds.

Please keep in mind that the weight range capacity information is based on 2 balances per sash. Balances are designed assuming friction in the jamb weather-strip will carry a portion of the sash weight. Suggested sash weights are approximate

Each window section has a weight of 31 pounds.
