Replace pivot shoes

We'd be happy to recommend a replacement for your pivot shoe but we will need to see a photo of an undamaged shoe removed from the window. Thank you for the additional photos. Take a look at our 15-146 pivot shoe. The dimensions match up to the ones you've provided and the only difference appears to be the color of the break, which is nothing to worry about. Thank you!
