Replace rough Sash Balance

Question

Hi.
I like to order couples of 27" SERIES 350 CHANNEL BALANCE (Product Code: S350-27).
I like to make sure that the pulley is like the one on the right hand side with a check. (first attached picture)

I attached the original sash balance in the second picture.

The style of the pulley doesn't really matter that much. Looking at your pictures, both types of pulley function the same way. The differences you show wouldn't cause any issues at all. What's more important is the Series: your original balance is not the Series 350 channel balance.

Can you show me a closer picture of the nylon caps on either end of the balance? That will help us determine the better match.

Another important aspect is making sure your spring strength calibration is the same. This is indicated by the stamps printed on the metal channel.
