Replace screen door upper track

Question

I wanted to replace the upper track for my patio sliding screen door. I have a photo attached for your convenience. I was wondering your thoughts on how I should proceed in going about this. Any help you can provide for me would be appreciated.

This is a weird looking track. I'm having a lot of trouble finding it. Would you be able to show us a picture of it from the end? Can you also tell us how it installs in the door?
