Replace sliding glass door lock

Question

Slider is 20+ years old and the lock no longer works. Not sure if it's the white lever near the handle or the hook shaped piece inside the door. I was not able to find any indication of who manufactured the door. I did find several numbers which might be of some help as follows:

POLOW36

Can you help me find the necessary replacement parts.

Thanks for reaching out to us. A good way to test whether the mortise or lever is the culprit is to first remove the handle and lever in their entirety. Then, use a slotted screwdriver to try to throw the mortise manually. Does it still hang up? If so, the mortise is the culprit and needs to be replaced. My recommendation would be the 82-226 in that case.
