Replace spiral sash lift/balance system

Thanks for your post! I believe we may be able to supply a replacement for this balance. Is there a chance you have an undamaged version of the bottom attachment on the tip of the balance?

Thanks for the additional photos. Your window balance appears to be 23" in length, so you'll need either the 3/8" S400-23 or the 5/8" S500-23. To determine which of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to double check the length and diameter of your balances. Unfortunately, I cannot determine the diameter from the photo of the measuring tape.

Both balances are available in a blue tip option; the S400-23 supports 12 to 22lbs and the S500-23 supports 12 to 31lbs.

You'll need the 17-012 Bracket, #32 to replace the existing bracket.
