Gold stamp on the inside of door reads cole.sewell #12159994548 0165, would like to replace with new lock and door handle, because of age

I'm afraid I can't really tell based on just a tape measure. There are also other important dimensions to consider that are obscured while the mortise is still installed. I recommend carefully going over the dimensions of our 40-049 to start to see if they match up. This looks close to me, but it will come down to those measurements.
