Replace the black plastic slide?

As you can see by the pictures, the black plastic slide is broken. I have included the pictures of the operator and the arm. Can we simply replace the arm and the clip or do I need to replace The entire operator?

It looks like you could have either our 39-094 & 39-095 or 39-150 & 39-151, depending on the length of the arm. Carefully look over our dimensions and compare them to your original assembly to see which one matches up for what you need. Thank you!
