Replace the plastic roller
I'm afraid I cannot identify what you have from this photo. Too many important details are obscured.
The only way I can check to see if we have a match is to see a clear photo of the roller removed from the door in its entirety. I specifically need to see it from the back end, top, and sides. We will not be able to help without those photos.

These photos unfortunately don't tell me anything new. In order to check our inventory for a match, I have to see the roller out, as described above. Please let me know if that's possible.

My top recommendation is the 23-075. This looks like a dead ringer to me, but review our specs and see how well they compare.
