Replace these handles on my screen door

The set screw will not tighten enough to hold the handles on. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Can find no markings or labels to help you identify the brand

It is possible that the set screw is stripped. To further review for a replacement, are you able to show us the full handle set including the internal mortise lock that it engages with? Thank you!

Not sure what an internal mortise lock is??? Lol. Pics attached

The mortise lock is the lock that is inside the frame of the door. Your pictures do show this part. Thank you!
