Looking to replace these handles on two patio doors and would love to know what style options would fit the existing doors.

Hey Christopher. This handle set can be replaced by our 82-090 or 82-089, depending on the finish you prefer. This handle set style also comes in a keyed version: see the 82-087 or 82-086. Let me know if you have questions.
