We may be able to recommend something for this wheel. Can you tell me its diameter, first? Can you also tell me if its rounded or flat? I can't quite tell from this angle.

Thank you.
It is very small: diameter is 11/16 inch
it is supposed to be round; over time this wheel has been ground down on two sides

Hmm... the closest match I could find was our 10-102. This is a shower door wheel, but we actually use shower door wheels to replace drawer wheels all the time. They have a remarkably similar build.

Our 10-102 is rounded, but unfortunately it's 3/4" in diameter. Do you think you could still get it to work?

If not, the other option we have would be to replace the drawer track entirely with one of our kits like the 32-058. We offer other lengths, as well, which you can see here.
