Replace This Channel Balance

Question

My window are dropping like a Guillotine! I need to replace the balance parts of the windows.? There is a code 3230 on the balance. Never did this before any help would be Appreciated. I also have a mother window but not sure how to measure it. I can't get the balance out.

Don't worry, I believe we can help. I think you have an S395-33 Channel Balance, just go over all the specifications and dimensions to confirm. You'd need a stamp option of 3230. Let me know if you have any other questions.
