Thanks for posting. Looks like you want to replace your pivot bar. Unfortunately, your specific pivot bar has been discontinued and is no longer available. You should however be able to use the 26-021 as a substitute. This pivot bar should be compatible with your pivot shoe,  and as long as at least one of the mounting holes on the 26-021 lines up with the hole spacing of your old pivot bar, I think this should work for you.
