We'd be happy to look into this for you but it looks like part of the hinge is broken off. If you could show us an intact hinge, that would help us narrow down your options. Thank you.
If a replacement is available that is fine and I would want to purchase two of them.
As we mentioned in our original response to this thread shown above, we'd need to see photos of an intact hinge assembly to compare to our inventory. In the meantime, you're welcome to look through our selection here.
Unforutnately, we do not carry an exact match for your hinge. The 32-349 and 32-340A would be our closest options depending on how the specifications shown on our product pages compare to yours. We can't make any guarantees but look them over to see if you might be able to adapt one of them to work for your repair. Also, please note that our hinges do not come with screws. You'd need to reuse your originals or bring one to a local hardware store for replacements.
