Replace unigrass 6600 22.5" slide

Home Owner from Tyngsboro, MA

Hello, I'm in a months long process to replace a failed unigrass 22.5" drawer slide set on one drawer.  Cabinet depth is either 22 3/4" or 23 1/2" (see photo).  Drawer box is 22" to the back of the faceplate.

The challenge has been to find replacement slides that can mount to the drawer box properly.   My drawer has a bottom piece of wood where each replacement slide I have tried and returned has the screw holes going in the space between bottom piece and drawer side (see other photo).  Most likely this would split the drawer.

Any thoughts and help would be appreciated.  Trying to get our drawer back to working order.

Thanks for posting. See our 32-061 Drawer Track pair that is 21-5/8" long. Take a look and see if you think this could work with your cabinet. For drawer sockets to install this new setup, see the 32-119. Let me know what you think.

I watched the video in the product link.  What's your level of confidence the screw holes would be high enough to mount this rail to my drawer?  I'm not sure the side mount screw holes have the clearance. Can I get some sort of measurement on that?

Measuring the mounting hole locations in our drawer-side rail, the hole locations are 1/4" from the side and bottom edge of the rail. On the cabinet-side rail, I came up with 7/16" from the edge and 5/16" from the front of the rail.

If those don't line up with your hole locations, then you may need to do some handiwork to get it to align. For instance, would it possible to add a piece of wood trim to drawer cabinet to help install the track?
