Replace whole window channel balance

Question

Need help in determining the channel balance  replacement for my window. Attached photos of it ! Any help , will greatly be appreciated

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. We can replace this balance, but it will have to be a special order. Can you just confirm what the stamp reads? I cannot make it out. I would also like a confirmation of the length of the metal channel. Finally, how many did you need?
