Replace window balance

Do you know what window balance is the one in the photo? The stamp is 2530. Metal length is 26 inches. And it got top and bottom guide? Do you know which one should I buy? And how much will it cost? Thank you

Thanks for posting. Does the bottom fitting have side tabs, or what we call wings, while the top fitting lacks them? Please confirm. If so, you have our S350-26. For a stamp option choose 2530.
