Hello there. I have a coil balance that has broken and need help identifying the replacement parts. Of note, there is no cutout in the vinyl track. I've even removed the top cap and no cutout up there either.
Any pointers on which replacement coil I need, and how to get the shoe out of the track? Do I need to make my own cutout?

To start, you're showing me the 15-087 shoe and a Series 180 coil.
As for removal and installation, with no existing cut-outs, you have two options: jamb spreaders or making your own cut-out. I've linked two videos to help. See what works best for you:
